The House

The house frontA perfectly formed boutique townhouse offering quality accommodation for 6 to 8 people on a quiet street in a typical Andalucian market town.
Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen / living room, 50m2 sun deck, 12m2 terrace and a plunge pool.
The house is 2 minutes work from a great little supermarket and 5 minutes easy walk to the Squares with 38 café bars and restaurants.
In the town in summer there is a large open air swimming pool with a grassy picnic area and a little bar - entrance costs a couple of euros. Pato Loco (Crazy Duck) is a great rural restaurant 5 minutes out of town where there is also a large open air pool open in summer.

Perfect for sunbathing and al fresco dining, some shade is provided by a lovely walnut tree. In summer there is sun on the deck from 8 in the morning until 7 at night.

A plunge pool (5 x 3 metre), with small fountain - perfect for cooling down in the hot summer months.
Pool open from May to September.

An incredible double bedroom set in the ancient 700 year old pottery kiln. There is a mezzanine floor chill out area with 2 matching classic le corbusier loungers, underneath on the lower level there is a double bed and small fire place. This is a wonderful room, with one to two metre thick walls and though there is little natural daylight in the room - what does come in comes through fabulous stained glass windows and the sky light.
